Shipping Zones by Drawing lets you create custom shipping areas in WooCommerce with an easy-to-use map tool. No zip code limitations—just draw and set your zones.

It is also possible to set dynamic shipping rates per transportation distance and limit shipping by shipping distance or shipping time.

At checkout, you can choose to display only the shipping method with the lowest cost. This feature can be handy, like in this example.
